Rob specializes in performing valuation services for financial reporting purposes including purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment testing, and management equity plans. He has completed BV301: Valuation of Intangible Assets for Financial Reporting Purposes and passed the associated exam. He also has significant valuation experience with Employee Stock Ownership Plans, buy/sell agreements, and valuing closely held equity interests for gift and estate tax purposes. Much of his professional career has been dedicated to financial modeling for debt covenant planning, capital investment feasibility, and general management planning purposes. Rob has extensive audit and accounting experience with a high degree of specialization in internal controls.
Prior to joining Chartwell, Rob managed all aspects of valuation and litigation support engagements as an analyst at a regional accounting firm. Rob is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Minnesota.
Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.
