Carrie is an Associate at Chartwell Capital Solutions. Her proficiencies include business valuation analysis for ownership transition planning, Employee Stock Ownership Plans, fairness opinions, financial reporting and various other valuation purposes. Carrie conducts client company research and analyzes financial statements as well as evaluates comparable guideline public companies and merger and acquisition transactions. She has worked extensively creating detailed financial models and performing analyses of industries, company management, customers, competitors, etc. Since joining Chartwell, she has built a substantial experience base for valuations and structure and has advised clients on a variety of transactions, including both buy and sell side deals.
Other transaction advisory duties and functions provided by Carrie include: identifying and qualifying prospective buyers; drafting a compelling confidential information memorandum; coordinating due diligence and the data room; managing communications; analyzing indications of interest; and supporting managing directors in closing the transaction.
Prior to her current position, Carrie was employed at an international corporation where she assisted in developing a Lean Six Sigma implementation plan. Carrie also conducted feasibility analyses for an entrepreneur and created marketing proposals for a division of a regional grocery chain and for a non-profit establishment.
Carrie also served two years as President of Toastmasters International at the University of Notre Dame & Saint Mary’s College. She is a recipient of the Saint Mary’s Business Administration and Economics’ Outstanding Achievement in Management Award.
Carrie graduated Valedictorian of Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration.
