Tim has experience in performing analysis for Employee Stock Ownership Plans, fairness opinions, buy/sell agreements and other valuation purposes. In performing this analysis, Tim researches and analyzes public market guideline companies and merger and acquisition markets. He also conducts analysis on client specific industries and economic conditions that may affect client operations.
Tim is a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC).
Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance, with a minor in economics, from the University of St. Thomas.
