Nick has provided financial advisory and valuation services to the middle market since 2007. He has extensive valuation experience related to Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), capital structure assessments, shareholder liquidity alternatives, and other valuation purposes. Nick also has significant experience in corporate finance engagements, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate development.
Nick is proficient in cash flow modeling, public, merger and acquisition analysis, and debt capital markets research. He works with a variety of companies in a broad scope of size, operations, industries, and capital structure.
Nick is an active member of The ESOP Association and the National Center for Employee Ownership. He has presented to employee groups, management teams, boards of directors, and ESOP Trustees.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance and economics from the University of St. Thomas.
